Cancer is a big business.
All year round I am doing business cases and valuation cases to look into different business and financial models for different propositions. Yet I know that the biggest valuation of them all is Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals and long, chronic diseases are one of them.
So it is bothering me – sort of. The thing about cancer is that when it hits one of your loved ones suddenly the world seems very small and mostly kind of useless. You make decisions based on important and money gets flushed down the pipes to get the “best standard of care” as they say.
Yet I personally feel. That in times of these you actually see who are the ones who actually look out for you and care for you and those who just want to give you that extra kick.
